  • Drive employee engagement with a strong focus on operational excellence through initiatives such as Factory Gemba walks, quality improvement strategies, and comprehensive safety protocols.
  • Champion best practices by maintaining a well-organized workspace with 5S+1 methodologies and deploying Value Stream Mapping (VSM) to streamline processes.
  • Responsibility for succession planning and organizational development to cultivate a resilient and forward-thinking team.

Qualifications:
