Senior Manager of Finance is responsible for overseeing the financial reporting, budgeting, and auditing processes within an organization. Manages a team of finance and accounting professionals, ensures compliance with financial regulations, and provides strategic financial guidance to senior leadership. Key responsibilities may include financial analysis, forecasting, and developing accounting policies and procedures.
You Will- Oversee preparation of accurate financial statements in accordance with GAAP and regulatory standards.
- Prepare monthly financial results, variance analysis, KPI reporting, and executive-level dashboards highlighting key trends and drivers.
- Manage finance and accounting staff, delegate responsibilities, and ensure efficient workflow.
- Develop annuals budgets, quarterly forecasts, and multi-year financial models to support growth, profitability, and strategic initiatives.
- Provide insights and analysis to support strategic decision-making and operational efficiency.
- Ensure timely month-end and year-end close processes, audits, and tax filings.
- Develop and enhance FP&A models, reporting tools, policies, and processes that improve the accuracy, efficiency, and scalability of finance operations.
- Support reporting and compliance with CMS, DHCS, DMHC and other regulatory requirements.
- Prioritizes assignments, provides assistance, scheduled work, and directly supervises others.

Your Qualifications- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
- 5 years of related experience
- 3-4 years of leadership experience
- Deep knowledge of GAAP, SOX compliance, reconciliations, and financial systems (e.g., Quickbooks, NetSuite)
- Ability to interpret complex financial data, identify discrepancies, and recommend improvements
- Strong interpersonal skills to lead teams, collaborate cross-functionally, and present financial insights clearly
- Leadership - Skilled to develops others.
- Problem Solving - Make critical decisions, often involving high-level risk assessment and the ability to adapt to changing circumstances.
- Strategic Mindset - Formulates strategy and maps steps to achieve strategic goals.
- Advanced skill level in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Outlook, Teams) and Visio is required.
