About the RoleIn this leadership role, you will bridge business strategy and technology execution across our Global Manufacturing Systems organization. You will oversee business analysis activities, guide complex system implementations and integrations, and ensure manufacturing technology solutions deliver measurable business value. This role combines people leadership, strategic planning, process improvement, and cross-functional collaboration on a global scale.
ResponsibilitiesWhat You Will DoProvide Strategic Leadership- Lead, coach, and develop a team of Business Systems Analysts and Business Analysis leaders.
- Establish priorities, allocate resources, and drive team performance.
- Partner with senior stakeholders to support long-term manufacturing systems strategy.
Drive Digital Transformation- Lead business analysis efforts for enterprise manufacturing systems, ERP, MES, automation, and integration initiatives.
- Challenge existing processes and identify opportunities for automation and optimization.
- Support business cases and technology investment decisions.
Deliver Operational Excellence- Ensure high-quality requirements, documentation, validation, and change management practices.
- Monitor project progress, risks, and resource plans to support successful execution.
- Translate complex business needs into scalable technology solutions.
Influence Across the Organization- Present recommendations and analytical insights to executive leadership.
- Collaborate with global teams across manufacturing, engineering, quality, and IT.
- Align operational objectives with broader business goals and growth initiatives.

QualificationsBachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field. 5-8+ years of manufacturing systems experience and 5-8+ years of people leadership experience. Experience with ERP, MES, systems integration, business analysis, and regulated manufacturing environments prefe
rred.Key SkillsLeadership, stakeholder management, business analysis, manufacturing systems, ERP/MES integration, digital transformation, process improvement, Lean principles, Agile methodologies, risk management, and executive communication.
TravelTravel approximately 25-40% globally.
For U.S. locations that require disclosure of compensation, the starting base pay for this role is between $140,186.00 and $200,266.00 per year and may include cost of living adjustments. The actual base pay includes many factors and is subject to change and modification in the future. This position may also be eligible for other types of compensation and benefits.
