In addition to managing Right-of-Way projects from initial estimates through acquisition, the Senior Manager, Land supervises Land Managers, Coordinators, and Administrators. They oversee Land Department initiatives and delegate associated tasks as necessary.
Duties/Responsibilities:- May manage 1 or more team members
- Reviews and approves direct report timecards and manages team workloads.
- Supervisors and manages direct report's job performance.
- Represents company in professional manner and develops rapport with landowners, consultants, and stakeholders.
- Manages up to three (3) ROW projects by providing oversight of project deliverables, budgets, and staffing.
- Ensures department milestones and goals and adheres to approved budgets.
- Mentors and trains Land Managers, Coordinator(s), and Analyst(s).
- Creates, analyzes, and provides feedback on easements and legal documents.
- Assist Commercial and Engineering with analysis and estimates for ROW on capital & due diligence projects.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.

Education and Experience:- Bachelor's degree in related field or 5+ years' experience in ROW project management in lieu of degree
- 4+ years in management role required
