JOB DESCRIPTION Job Summary
Leads and manages a regionally-based team of The Management Group's (TMG) IRIS consultants - ensuring provision of high-quality, person-centered supports to IRIS participants, and achievement of TMG's organizational goals. Contributes to overarching strategy to provide quality and cost-effective care.

Essential Job Duties
• Provides leadership, training, and management for IRIS Consultant Agency (ICA) staff, establishing relationships and rapport to drive optimal outcomes.
• Collaborates with the growth and community engagement team to develop strategic local presence in designated area, and coordinates to develop and implement annual area specific plans to ensure the development of strategic partnerships, promote understanding of self-directed supports and increase the visibility of the Management Group (TMG) IRIS consulting services, particularly in areas where other IRIS consulting agencies are available.
• Develops and maintains successful strategic partnerships with internal and external stakeholders that support TMG's philosophy of self-direction.
• Ensures the successful management of daily area operations - demonstrating a thorough understanding of IRIS program policies, waiver requirements, services, and certification standards, and provides direction for designated area; offers assistance and finds creative solutions to challenges.
• Collaborates closely with ICA leadership and finance to monitor and maintain appropriate IRIS consultant staffing levels within designated area(s), and manages to operations budget.
• Provides back-up coverage for TMG leadership as needed.
• Ensures uniformity of service delivery within local area(s) and across the state.
• Collaborates with other IRIS staff to fulfil initiatives and business goals.
• Holds regularly scheduled team meetings, and attends leadership meetings as appropriate.
• Local travel may be required (based upon state/contractual requirements).

Required Qualifications
• At least 7 years health care experience, preferably in care coordination, and at least 2 years experience serving the target groups of the IRIS program (adults with physical/intellectual disabilities or older adults), or equivalent combination of relevant education and experience. • At least 1 year health care management/leadership experience.
• Bachelor's degree in a social work, human services, health care or other applicable field of study. 10 years of experience may be considered in lieu of a degree plus 5 years of experience.
• Valid and unrestricted driver's license, reliable transportation, and adequate auto insurance for job related travel requirements.
• Demonstrated competencies in the following: professionalism, leadership, performance management, team development, and data analytics.
• Knowledge of long-term care programs, and familiarity with principles of self-determination.
• Demonstrated knowledge of community resources.
• Proactive and detail-oriented.
• Ability to work within a variety of settings and adjust style as needed - working with diverse populations, various personalities and personal situations.
• Responsive in all forms of communication, and ability to remain calm in high-pressure situations.
• Ability to develop and maintain professional relationships and collaborate in a highly matrixed organization.
• Excellent time-management and prioritization skills, and ability to focus on multiple projects simultaneously and adapt to change.
• Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
• Communication outreach and partnership development experience.
• Experience working with elderly and people with physical disabilities and developmental disabilities.
• Ability to take ownership of an assigned area and corresponding programs, and lead with success.
• Experience with workplace planning and project management.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Microsoft Office suite/applicable software program(s) proficiency.

Preferred Qualifications
• Long-term functional screening (LTCFS) certification.
