Job Summary:The Senior Manager, Information Security is responsible for the leadership, governance, operational maturity, and continuous improvement of the Company's Information Security Program. This is a hands-on leadership role within an IT organization that balances cybersecurity strategy, governance, compliance, and personnel leadership with active participation in technical operations to ensure operational continuity.
Essential Functions:- Lead and mature the enterprise Information Security Program.
- Develop and maintain cybersecurity policies, standards, procedures, and governance.
- Develop the cybersecurity roadmap and maintain the enterprise risk register.
- Supervise, mentor, and develop cybersecurity personnel.
- Provide technical oversight of security operations, incident response, vulnerability management, vendor assessments, and security platforms.
- Maintain hands-on proficiency with enterprise security technologies and provide operational backup when required.
- Lead audits, penetration testing, tabletop exercises, and remediation planning.
- Develop executive metrics and cybersecurity reporting.
- Partner with business stakeholders to integrate cybersecurity into business operations.
- Support business continuity and disaster recovery initiatives.
- Perform other duties and special projects as assigned.
Supervisory Responsibilities:- Directly supervises Information Security personnel.
- Responsible for hiring, onboarding, coaching, mentoring, performance management, career development, work prioritization, and day-to-day leadership.

Educational Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related discipline or equivalent experience.
Experience Requirements- 8+ years of progressive cybersecurity experience with at least 3 years leading cybersecurity programs, projects, or technical teams.
- Experience in regulated biotechnology, pharmaceutical, healthcare, or life sciences environments preferred.
- CISSP strongly preferred.
Salary Range
$130,000-$170,000 USD
