Your Role

The Senior Manager, GTM Strategy will play a central role in how O Positiv brings new products and innovation to market. This person will own the end-to-end new product launch process-keeping cross-functional teams aligned, on track, and set up for success from early planning through post-launch. In addition, they'll bring a sharp analytical mind to the strategic work that surrounds each launch: customer insights, competitive landscape analysis, market sizing, positioning research, and post-launch performance evaluation.

This role reports to the Chief of Staff / Head of GTM in the office of the CEO and works closely with teams across Product Strategy / R&D, Creative, Dev, and functional channel leads (e.g., Amazon, DTC, TikTok Shop). The ideal candidate is someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is highly detail-oriented, is equally comfortable building a launch tracker and structuring a strategic analysis, and takes genuine ownership of the work they touch. This is an excellent opportunity for a candidate looking to build deep expertise in GTM strategy at a high-growth consumer brand.

Responsibilities and Duties
  • Lead the end-to-end new product launch process, including maintaining launch timelines, coordinating cross-functional workstreams, and driving accountability across teams
  • Build and manage GTM infrastructure such as project management tools, launch playbooks, and repeatable templates that improve how we bring products to market over time
  • Conduct strategic and analytical work to support launch planning, including competitive landscape analysis, market sizing, channel strategy, and positioning
  • Define quantitative success metrics for new launches and track performance post-launch, synthesizing results into clear recommendations
  • Support launch debriefs and retrospectives to capture learnings and continuously improve our GTM process
  • Stay close to the competitive landscape and women's health and wellness market to surface trends and opportunities relevant to our pipeline
  • Support the Chief of Staff & CEO on adhoc high-priority strategic topics for the organization

Qualifications and Skills

    • 5-9+ years of experience in go-to-market, strategy, consulting, investment banking, or a similarly analytical and structured role
    • Demonstrated ability to manage complex, cross-functional projects with multiple workstreams and stakeholders
    • Strong analytical skills, with expertise in modeling / synthesizing data and drawing clear conclusions
    • High proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and PowerPoint/Google Slides
  • Interpersonal:
    • Excellent communicator who can distill complex information into clear, concise narratives
    • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with a bias toward ownership and follow-through
    • Collaborative and open-minded, with the ability to build trust and drive alignment across teams
    • Intellectually curious and energized by fast-moving environments where priorities can shift
  • Additional Preferred Experience and Skills:
    • Experience at a top-tier management consulting firm or investment bank
    • AI-fluent and uses tools like Claude and ChatGPT daily to accelerate research, analysis, and drafting; has automated workflow processes
    • Prior exposure to consumer products, retail, or wellness
    • Passionate about women's health
