Job Title:Senior Manager, Global IBP & Inventory Management
Location: Tempe, AZ (Onsite - 4 days/week)
Position Type: Full-Time

The Senior Manager - Global Integrated Business Planning (IBP) & Inventory Management will lead the implementation, execution, and continuous improvement of the IBP process for a global business unit. This role partners with cross-functional leaders across product, demand, supply, and finance to ensure alignment, optimize decision-making, and drive business performance.
This position plays a critical leadership role in orchestrating monthly IBP cycles, facilitating executive-level reviews, and ensuring data-driven strategic decisions across the enterprise.
Key Responsibilities
IBP Leadership & Strategy
  • Lead end-to-end IBP implementation and governance across the business unit
  • Define IBP vision and align with global processes
  • Drive adoption and organizational change management
IBP Process Execution
  • Orchestrate all IBP stages:
    • Portfolio Review
    • Demand Review
    • Supply Review
    • Integrated Reconciliation
    • Management Business Review (MBR)
  • Lead Integrated Reconciliation (IR) and facilitate MBR meetings
Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Partner with:
    • Finance
    • Product Management
    • Supply Chain
    • Demand Planning teams
  • Ensure alignment across financial, operational, and strategic goals
Operational & Financial Alignment
  • Ensure all functions operate with aligned forecasts and data
  • Provide insights on revenue, margin, and demand variability

  • Monitor KPIs and drive continuous improvement initiatives

Must-Have Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, Operations, or related field
  • 3+ years experience in:
    • Integrated Business Planning (IBP) / S&OP
    • Demand Planning / Supply Planning
  • Strong experience leading Monthly Business Reviews (MBR)
  • Proven project management and cross-functional leadership
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Experience with data visualization tools (Power BI, QlikView, etc.)
Preferred Qualifications
  • Master's Degree / MBA
  • Experience in medical device or healthcare industry
