Full Job Description

SALARY: $94,400 - $134,520, bonus and long-term incentive eligible

ROLE SUMMARY:

The Sr. Mgr., FP&A – High End & Beyond Beer will be a financial leader, helping to drive performance for our local sites in the High End and Beyond Beer Business Units (BUs). The successful candidate will build constructive working relationships with local site controllers and BU PPMs to manage Overhead/ZBB and local VILC. This role will own ZBB reporting for the High End and Beyond Beer Business Units, which has been a critical lever in the transformation of our BUs. Additionally, this role will lead critical reporting and transformation projects for our local site VILC.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Overhead Management

    • Lead monthly cycle responsibilities including results analysis and “latest estimate” submission, with inputs from the High End and Beyond Beer local sites, People teams, and Commercial teams;

    • Manage and oversee all aspects of overhead expenditures to ensure alignment with financial goals – identify trends, risks, and cost-savings opportunities and implement efficiencies to drive improved results;

    • Plan and execute the budget process in alignment with North America FP&A and package owners;

    • Create and deliver high quality presentation materials to business unit leaders and senior corporate executives;

    • Oversee reporting data management with special attention to mapping accuracy.

  • Local Site VILC

    • Partner with Supply Chain Finance to develop tools to report on VILC (COGS) performance at our local craft breweries and distilleries across the U.S.;

    • Turn insights around local VILC into long-term actionable strategies to improve VILC performance.

  • Develop ad-hoc analysis and respond quickly to management requests.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting or business-related field;

  • Three years of financial/analytical work experience;

  • Experience with MS Office Suite including advanced proficiency with Excel;

  • Preferable to have experience with Power BI and Anaplan;

  • Proficiency with SAP including financial modules;

  • Excellent analytical and problem solving skills;

  • Experience creating and delivering executive level presentations;

  • Ability to prioritize workload and deliverables to multiple stakeholders.
