Senior Manager, FP&A – Global Distribution & Logistics
Position Summary
The Senior Manager of FP&A for Global Distribution & Logistics is a key finance partner to global supply chain and operations leadership, responsible for supporting financial planning, forecasting, performance management, and decision support across distribution centers, outbound freight, logistics, and customer service operations. This role translates operational activity into clear financial insight, manages analysis and reporting needed to drive cost discipline, and supports network optimization, productivity, and planning across a global, multi-brand environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage annual budget, quarterly forecast, monthly outlook, and long-range planning support for global distribution, logistics, outbound freight, customer service, and related supply chain finance activities.
- Serve as a finance business partner to Distribution, Logistics, Product Supply Finance, Enterprise FP&A, and supply chain leadership, providing clear analysis, insights, and recommendations.
- Build and maintain financial models, scenario analyses, business cases, and ROI assessments for network optimization, automation, transportation strategies, and capital investments.
- Track and interpret KPIs including cost per unit, freight performance, productivity, service levels, inventory impact, and fixed/variable distribution cost trends.
- Identify risks, opportunities, savings initiatives, and operational trade-offs; summarize insights into actionable recommendations for business partners and leadership.
- Support standardized forecasting, reporting, governance, and performance management processes across regions, brands, and distribution networks.
- Partner with Controllership and FP&A teams to ensure accuracy, compliance, and consistent treatment of logistics-related costs.
- Coach analysts or junior finance team members as applicable, building capability in analytics, business partnership, process improvement, and executive communication.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or related field; MBA and/or CPA preferred.
- 8-10 + years of progressive FP&A, finance, or supply chain finance experience, including support of distribution, logistics, transportation, or supply chain operations.
- 3+ years of people leadership, project leadership, or cross-functional leadership experience preferred, with proven ability to influence partners across finance and operations.
- Strong financial modeling, forecasting, analytics, and business case development skills.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to simplify complex operational and financial information into actionable recommendations.
- Advanced Excel and financial systems capability; experience with Power BI and enterprise planning tools preferred.

- Improved forecast accuracy, planning discipline, and visibility into logistics cost drivers.
- Effective support of distribution and logistics cost targets, productivity initiatives, and savings commitments.
- Consistent reporting, governance, and KPI management across assigned regions, brands, or distribution networks.
- Strong business partnership with supply chain and finance stakeholders, with clear, actionable communication.
Hiring Range:
$142,560.00 USD - $178,200.00 USD annually
Incentive Potential: This position is eligible for additional compensation awards that may include an annual incentive plan, sales incentive, orcommissionpotential.
