Senior Manager - Financial Reporting & AccountingWashington, DC (Hybrid: 2 days in office)
$140,000 - $150,000 + 10% bonus + excellent benefits
What You'll Do- Oversee financial reporting and corporate accounting for a complex, multi-entity environment.
- Handle technical accounting areas such as investments, reserves, and expense accruals.
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and ad-hoc financial analysis for senior management.
- Manage banking relationships, cash flow forecasting, and light treasury functions.
- Serve as the primary contact for external auditors and ensure compliance with GAAP.
What We're Looking For- 5 - 7+ years of relevant accounting experience (public/private mix ideal).
- CPA strongly preferred
- Strong GAAP knowledge and experience with complex accounting items.
- Excellent communication, adaptability, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
