Position Summary...
The Senior Manager, Finance plays a critical role in driving financial planning, analysis, and risk mitigation to support business performance. This position leads the development and enhancement of financial controls and reporting transparency while collaborating with cross-functional teams to inform strategic decisions. The role involves preparing complex financial models, communicating insights to senior management, and overseeing multiple business initiatives to ensure operational effectiveness. Additionally, the Senior Manager fosters team development, promotes adherence to company policies, and champions continuous improvement to deliver sustainable business results aligned with organizational goals.

What you'll do...
  • Prepare financial analyses and models to support planning and recommend future expense targets.
  • Manage complex control structures to mitigate financial risks and enhance reporting transparency.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and improve financial processes and controls.
  • Communicate financial results, forecasts, and variances to senior management with clear presentations.
  • Drive execution of business plans by identifying needs, setting priorities, and measuring progress.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop associates, fostering a high-performing team environment.
  • Promote compliance with company policies, ethics, and standards while supporting continuous improvement initiatives.

The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00 - $180,000.00

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
