Position Summary...The Senior Manager, Finance supports Marketplace growth across Seller Fulfillment, Cross-Border Trade, and Local Marketplace by owning key financial workstreams and partnering closely with the business. The role leads financial analysis, data-driven insights, business case development, and decision support through performance evaluation, financial modeling, scenario analysis, and clear, actionable recommendations.
The Senior Manager is expected to operate with a high degree of ownership within aligned priorities, structure ambiguous business questions, identify key performance drivers, surface risks and opportunities early, and bring forward fact-based points of view to support business strategy and leadership decisions.
What you'll do...- Lead business unit FP&A activities across close, forecast, AOP, and LRP, ensuring key assumptions and business drivers are reflected.
- Own financial models, business cases, scenarios, and management P&Ls for strategic decisions and new opportunities.
- Translate financial and operational performance into clear recommendations, trade-offs, and decision options.
- Lead assigned workstreams, structure ambiguous problems, and drive cross-functional execution.
- Proactively surface risks and opportunities, improve reporting and analytics, and leverage automation and AI.
- Continuously raise accountability and analytical standards.

The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00 - $180,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field and 4 years' experience in accounting, finance, or related area OR 6 years' experience in accounting, finance, or related area.
1 year's experience leading and completing cross-functional projects.
1 year's supervisory experience.
