  • Negotiate with vendors for services and equipment related to project bids
  • Complete customer reporting
  • Schedule and assign site safety audits
  • Oversee the P&L for each project and manage project roll-ups

Job Description

As the Senior Manager - Field Services, you will have direct leadership of Field Service team, field execution, conducts cost modeling in support of sales, develops project budges, as well as revenue and margin management.

Responsibilities:
  • Provides Leadership for the Field service team including staffing of Field Service positions for future projects and/or analysis and placement of existing headcount to specific projects
  • Manages execution to Contract requirements and site service implementation of the contract award.
  • Works in conjunction with Sales to build cost modeling for Project Service Bids as well as co-authors RFQ responses aligned with Business Development and/or Sales Management
  • Responsible for development and maintenance, analysis, and improvement of contracts regarding Revenue and Margin
  • Responsible for vendor negotiation of services and equipment for Project Services Bids and Contract Awards
  • Responsible for the completion of Customer Reporting
  • Performs scheduling and assignment of Site Safety Audits
  • Responsible for the P&L for each Project and all project roll-ups

Qualifications:

This amount is what we reasonably believe we will pay for the position; however, offer amounts may vary based on factors such as geographic location, relevant education, experience, qualifications, skills, shift, or any collective bargaining agreements.

For eligible positions, compensation may include participation in a bonus or sales incentive plan, subject to the terms and conditions of the applicable plan documents. For certain sales roles, Wesco also offers a commission structure that provides additional compensation based on sales results, as defined by the applicable commission plan.
