Full Job Description
The Senior Manager, Field Reimbursement Readiness is responsible for leading and overseeing field reimbursement readiness initiatives for the Rare Disease portfolio. This role drives execution of readiness strategy and ensures alignment to business objectives, tools, processes, and reporting to ensure Field Reimbursement teams are equipped, trained, and supported to consistently execute in support of patient access. Accountable for program results, operational effectiveness, and continuous improvement across readiness capabilities.

  • Own and lead execution of Field Reimbursement readiness priorities, translating organizational objectives into scalable field capabilities.
  • Translate strategy into integrated readiness programs, ensuring alignment across tools, processes, and field execution.
  • Drive the adoption of tools, dashboards, CRM capabilities, and processes.
  • Serve as an escalation point for field reimbursement operations, influencing execution and removing barriers to performance.


Operational Coordination & Optimization:
  • Oversee operational performance, identify systemic gaps, and implement improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Lead implementation of enhancements, new initiatives, and process improvements across the readiness ecosystem.
  • Lead operational planning, governance, and cadence management; manage budgets associated with readiness programs and initiatives.


Reporting & Insights Support:
  • Support deployment and maintenance of reporting aligned to predefined KPIs.
  • Partner with Analytics to ensure accurate and timely reporting.
  • Gather field feedback and synthesize analytics to inform leadership decision-making and drive continuous improvement.


Training & Readiness:
  • Support onboarding, POAs, Train-the-Trainer sessions, and field meetings.
  • Ensure training programs and materials are aligned to evolving business needs, tools, and performance expectations.


Cross-Functional Coordination & Compliance:
  • Coordinate with PSS, Market Access, Sales, Marketing, Finance, Medical, Legal, and Compliance.
  • Support incentive compensation administration readiness.
  • Execute responsibilities in compliance with legal and company policies.


This role requires:
  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • 8+ years of pharmaceutical or biotech experience; Rare Disease preferred.

Salary Range (annually)
$134,400.00 - $219,200.00
