What you will enjoy doing*

  • Partner with Regional Operations and Safety, Health & Environment teams to identify, document, and maintain all facility-specific regulatory, corporate, and operational compliance requirements
  • You will monitor regulatory changes and company standards to ensure site compliance obligations remain current and effectively implemented
  • Maintain comprehensive visibility of compliance assessments, audit findings, corrective actions, and performance metrics across regions, and communicate results to leadership
  • Further, you will collaborate with National Safety leadership to develop, standardize, and share best practices, tools, and resources that enhance operational safety performance
  • You are expected to lead corrective action management by partnering with regional teams to ensure timely closure of investigations, compliance findings, and corporate directives, escalating risks as needed
  • Review and implement new and revised global standards with Subject Matter Experts, tracking progress and supporting stakeholders throughout the process
  • You will support Facility Safety Operational Discipline assessments, coordinate improvement plans with leadership, and promote consistent application of FSOD principles across locations
  • Develop and deliver training programs, coaching, and mentoring to improve safety, compliance, operational discipline, and assessment effectiveness across the organization


What makes you great

  • You have at least a minimum five years of experience in Safety, Environmental & Health and operations or distribution
  • Strong knowledge of safety regulations and internal safety requirements, including OSHA standards
  • Proficiency in compliance and safety management software and data analysis tools such as Intelex, Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present complex information clearly
  • Competency in conducting training and capability development initiatives
  • You are skilled in data trending, analysis, and reporting to support continuous improvement and risk mitigation
  • Ability to travel up to 50% to support regional and facility needs
