Full Job Description
Position Summary...
Help shape how millions of customers experience our stores by leading the delivery of interior and architectural design work for remodels, special projects, and ongoing fleet updates. In this role, you'll manage CAD-based design execution from concept through approval, keep milestones on track, and ensure design intent is accurately translated into build-ready deliverables. You'll partner cross-functionally, remove roadblocks, and drive quality and process improvements that scale across the business.

Our team supports end-to-end design execution for the U.S. store fleet-providing up-to-date sales floor and space data while enabling remodel and special project programs. We operate through strong cross-functional partnerships and clear design standards, balancing speed, accuracy, and financial impact. This role is key to maintaining design quality, strengthening best practices, and keeping multiple workstreams aligned with evolving business strategies and operational needs.

What you'll do...
  • Lead delivery of interior/architectural CAD design packages and milestones.
  • Manage design change requests, including financial and downstream impacts.
  • Execute quality audits; resolve errors and update designs for accuracy.
  • Partner with architect of record and stakeholders to secure approvals.
  • Coordinate priorities and resources across programs; remove execution roadblocks.

The annual salary range for this position is $80,000.00 - $155,000.00

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.

Additional compensation for certain positions may also include Regional Pay Zone (RPZ) (based on location).
