Full Job Description
Leader of the Regional Fulfillment Team. Responsible for interfacing with regional Field Service Teams and driving resolution of spare part availability issues. Key responsibilities include establishing operating processes to understand, contain, resolve, and prevent recurrence of spare part availability problems.

Leads team responsible for responding to executive level spare part issues and escalations. Team Responsibilities include:
  • Drive aligned recovery actions across Planning, Procurement/SAM, Field Service Operations, Global Customer Contact, Spares Execution, and Site teams.
  • Facilitate decision-making on allocation, substitution, recovery plans, and customer commitments
  • Ensure accountability and follow-through across all stakeholders without owning day-to-day transactional execution
  • Provide clear, consistent communication package to all stakeholders involved within the escalation including partners within impacted regional fulfillment team.
  • Help institutionalize consistent regional fulfillment processes, tools, and governance
  • Manage cross-functional projects within Fulfillment and Operations.
  • Ensure compliance with internal processes and timelines.
  • Prepare and present status reports and updates to stakeholders.
  • Collect and analyze specific customer data to identify process improvement areas.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives and operational efficiency.
  • Identify gaps in fulfillment process and drive containment and long term corrective actions for process improvements


Functional Knowledge
  • Demonstrates conceptual and practical expertise in own discipline and basic knowledge of related disciplines.
  • Has intermediate level of knowledge of customer order fulfillment, systems, and tools, such as SAP.
  • Able to collect and analyze data in order to solve problems, improve processes and make decisions.
  • Understands supply / demand signals
  • Develop basic knowledge of AMAT products

  • Has knowledge of semiconductor equipment industry and customer expectations

The salary offered to a selected candidate will be based on multiple factors including location, hire grade, job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and with consideration of internal equity of our current team members. In addition to a comprehensive benefits package, candidates may be eligible for other forms of compensation such as participation in a bonus and a stock award program, as applicable.

For all sales roles, the posted salary range is the Target Total Cash (TTC) range for the role, which is the sum of base salary and target bonus amount at 100% goal achievement.
