As the Senior Manager of End User Computing, you'll define and execute the strategy for the platforms that power a modern, secure, and seamless digital workplace. In this role, you'll lead the evolution of endpoint management by advancing automation, standardization, and engineering excellence, creating technology experiences that scale with our business while strengthening security and operational resilience. Working across Security, Identity, IT Services, and business teams, you'll deliver workplace capabilities that improve productivity, simplify operations, and support the adoption of emerging technologies.

What you'll do as a Senior Manager, End User Computing
  • Lead and develop a team of engineers responsible for endpoint platforms, application deployment, and device lifecycle management.

  • Provide strategic leadership for the engineering, governance, and evolution of enterprise endpoint platforms supporting more than 12,500 managed endpoints.

  • Lead the modernization of End User Computing by advancing automation, self-service capabilities, platform scalability, and engineering best practices.

  • Establish engineering standards, operating practices, key performance indicators, service level agreements, and operational metrics that improve platform reliability, consistency, service quality, and engineering effectiveness.

  • Lead application deployment and lifecycle management across Windows and macOS while developing scalable processes that support software onboarding, AI-enabled tools, and emerging workplace technologies.

  • Partner with Information Security to maintain secure-by-design endpoint architectures, compliance standards, and device governance controls.

  • Collaborate with Security, Identity, and IT Services and Support teams to strengthen endpoint security, improve employee experiences, and increase operational resilience.

  • Build trusted partnerships with Lottery, Retail, and Casino teams to deliver endpoint solutions that support business-critical operations.

  • Manage vendor relationships, licensing, and lifecycle planning for endpoint technologies while evaluating emerging technologies that improve workforce productivity, endpoint management, and the digital workplace experience. 

What you'll bring
  • At least 8 years of experience in End User Computing, Endpoint Engineering, Workplace Technology, or a related discipline, including experience leading technical engineering teams.

  • Track record managing enterprise endpoint environments at scale, including device management, endpoint security, and workplace technology services.

  • Deep expertise with Microsoft Intune and strong experience managing Apple devices through Jamf Pro.

  • Experience supporting mobile device management, bring-your-own-device programs, and modern endpoint management practices.

  • Familiarity with application packaging, deployment, and lifecycle management across Windows and macOS platforms.

  • Strong understanding of endpoint security, compliance, device governance, and Zero Trust principles.

  • Experience using automation, scripting, and APIs to improve operational efficiency and platform maturity, with the ability to build engineering operating models that emphasize automation, standardization, and continuous improvement.

  • Strong communication, stakeholder management, and cross-functional leadership skills, with experience working in regulated environments and partnering with Security, Identity, IT Services and Support, and Compliance teams.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is 177,600.00 USD - 222,000.00 USD, plus bonus, equity, and benefits as applicable. Our ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The compensation information displayed on each job posting reflects the range for new hire pay rates for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
