This role is responsible for turning direction into execution, stabilizing delivery, and creating the operating discipline needed for the team to scale.

RUCKUS Education Services coordinates training and owns content, labs, certification, tooling, and overall quality. This role is accountable for ensuring that the training experience is reliable, consistent, and aligned with RUCKUS standards and business priorities.

- Highly execution-focused

- Responsible for orchestration across internal teams and external training partners

- Close to the work (content, labs, certification, LMS, partner readiness)

- Accountable for delivery quality, even when delivery is external

This role is not:

- A direct instructor management role

- A purely administrative partner-management function

- A strategy-only or long-range planning role

Key Responsibilities:

Team Execution & Operating Rhythm:

- Own the weekly execution cadence for Education Services

- Drive clarity on priorities, dependencies, and risks

- Ensure work is visible, structured, and aligned with business priorities

Training Partner Coordination & Enablement

- Act as the primary operational interface with authorized training partners

- Ensure partners are enabled with current content, labs, and certification requirements

- Coordinate resolution of partner-impacting issues related to labs, LMS, or content

- Surface recurring partner issues and drive systemic improvements

Training Delivery & Lab Readiness:

- Own delivery readiness despite partner-led execution

- Partner with lab and infrastructure teams to improve reliability

- Establish clear escalation paths for delivery risks

Content & Lifecycle Ownership:

- Define ownership, review cadence, and update triggers for training content

- Ensure partners deliver against current, supported content versions

- Reduce reactive work through better planning and governance

Sales, Channel & Cross-Functional Alignment:

- Align education offerings with Sales, Channel, Product, and Engineering teams

- Improve visibility of education within the sales and partner motion

- Reinforce education as a business enabler

People Leadership

- Provide direction, coaching, and support to a global team

- Foster accountability, ownership, and early risk escalation

What Success Looks Like:

Within 3-6 months:

- Partner-delivered training is more predictable and coordinated

- Delivery risks are identified earlier and resolved faster

- Team priorities are clear and stable

Within 12 months:

- Consistent delivery quality across partners

- Planned content and lab changes with clear communication

- Education Services viewed as reliable and business-aligned

Our salary ranges consider a wide variety of factors, including but not limited to benchmarking by independent third-party consultants, skill sets, years of experience, training, education, geography, and other business needs. Depending on experience, the range can be higher for candidates with exceptional experience and a demonstrated history of successful performance. This position's expected total compensation (base salary and commission range) is $118,200.00-$153,000.00

The candidate will be rewarded with a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision plans, life and accidental death insurance, a 401(k) plan, and participation in the Company's Incentive Plan. Candidates starting with the Company will be eligible for eleven paid holidays in a full calendar year, two weeks of paid vacation (prorated based on start date), as well as other leave options.
