Responsibilities

As a Senior Manager, Domestic Tax, in the Privately Held Business areas of tax, you will have the opportunity to:
• Work with our Southern Ontario team and be supported by a National network of talented professionals
• Assist businesses and individuals with a wide range of tax, financial and succession planning services

• Be closely engaged with and serve clients on a wide variety of local, national and international projects

As a Senior Manager, Domestic Tax, you're a trusted advisor to clients, helping them with corporate and personal tax planning and compliance so they can benefit from tax savings. Here's some of what you'll get to do:
• Work closely with clients and the engagement team to develop exceptional tax planning ideas and solutions to achieve our client's business objectives
• Be a leader in the management and development of our growing tax practice
• Assist clients to manage their income tax planning, implementation and compliance requirements including complex Private Business corporate, personal, and trust matters
• Identify, develop and pursue new opportunities for assisting clients with value added-on tax services
• Provide exceptional client service
• Stay attuned and respond to new legislation, interpretations and market factors that impact our clients
• Coach and mentor professional staff
• Prepare and present information to clients, colleagues and other professionals

To help start the conversation, the current salary range for this role is $130,000-$180,000 in Markham, ON. If the role is available in other locations, the range may differ to reflect local market factors.
