Senior Managers lead enterprise transformation engagements and oversee multi-workstream digital transformation programs.
This role helps executive teams define transformation priorities, design enterprise operating models, and structure large-scale initiatives that integrate process redesign, enterprise technology architecture, and AI-enabled capabilities.
Senior Managers ensure transformation initiatives are strategically prioritized, architecturally sound, and governed effectively, translating executive goals into transformation programs that align people, processes, data, and technology systems.
They collaborate closely with AI Transformation Services (ATS), Technology Implementation teams, and client IT leadership to design future-state enterprise system architectures that enable scalable digital and AI-enabled operations.
Job Responsibilities
Enterprise Transformation Leadership
Lead end-to-end digital transformation engagements across finance, operations, and enterprise functions
Advise executive teams on operating model modernization and enterprise transformation strategy
Define enterprise transformation roadmaps aligned to business outcomes and operational priorities
Enterprise System Architecture & Technology Strategy
Design future-state enterprise system architectures that support digital and AI-enabled business models
Evaluate how core platforms (ERP, CRM, data platforms, AI systems, workflow tools) integrate into a cohesive enterprise architecture
Identify system redundancies, integration gaps, and data fragmentation across the enterprise
Develop technology architecture roadmaps that align platform investments with long-term transformation goals
Collaborate with client CIO/CTO organizations to ensure architectural decisions support scalability, security, and data governance
Translate business strategy and process redesign into system architecture requirements
AI & Technology Portfolio Prioritization
Help clients identify and prioritize digital and AI initiatives across business functions
Partner with Armanino’s AI team to determine build vs. buy vs. integrate decisions for AI capabilities
Ensure AI initiatives align with enterprise system architecture and broader transformation plans
Evaluate how AI capabilities interact with ERP, data platforms, analytics environments, and workflow systems
Transformation Program Governance
Design governance structures for multi-workstream transformation programs
Establish program management frameworks for enterprise transformation portfolios
Define success metrics and transformation performance dashboards
Ensure alignment between transformation initiatives, architecture decisions, and implementation timelines
Cross-Functional Integration
Coordinate work across strategy, technology, data, and operational teams
Align process redesign with system architecture design and AI capabilities
Manage cross-functional dependencies between transformation workstreams
Ensure technical architecture decisions support operational and organizational transformation goals
Client Executive Engagement
Facilitate executive workshops on digital strategy, AI opportunities, and enterprise architecture decisions
Translate complex technology concepts into clear executive-level transformation narratives
Provide strategic advisory to client leadership teams during transformation execution
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in business, related major or equivalent work experience.
Minimum of 8 years’ consulting or enterprise transformation experience
Strong experience with enterprise system architecture and digital platform ecosystems
Understanding of how ERP, CRM, data platforms, and AI capabilities interact in enterprise environments
Experience leading complex digital or AI-enabled transformation programs
Ability to bridge business strategy, operational redesign, and technology architecture
Excellent executive communication and facilitation skills
Ability to work in one of our offices, or at a client site, up to 50%.
Certain states require us to disclose the pay range and benefits summary for job openings. For Colorado residents, the compensation range for this position: $153,100 - $227,700. For Washington residents, Illinois residents, New York residents, and Southern California residents, the compensation range for this position: $183,800 - $250,500. For Northern California residents, the compensation range for this position: $192,200 - $261,800. Compensation may vary based on skills, role, and location. Eligible employees at certain levels can participate in a discretionary long-term financial incentive plan, subject to plan participation rules.
