Title: Senior Manager, Digital Engagement

Position Overview:

The Senior Manager, Digital Engagement provides strategic leadership and operational oversight of digital engagement initiatives across multiple client accounts and channels. This role establishes best practices, leads high performing teams, drives innovation in digital delivery, and ensures our clients' brand strategies are executed with excellence. Senior Managers of Digital Engagement combine deep digital expertise with leadership capabilities, fluency in AI-enabled platforms, and team management to drive quality, efficiency, and measurable business impact.

Strategic Tactical Execution & Measurement:
  • Lead project execution efforts, implementing clients' brand strategies and digital best practices across all tactics (email, display, web, social, emerging platforms)
  • Direct internal teams in the creation of innovative and strategic digital executions; provide oversight and quality assurance throughout asset creation including content, design, and development
  • Evaluate, create, train, and optimize team & client adoption of AI-tools; establish best practices and process improvements that scale
  • Direct project planning, MLR submission preparation, and delivery oversight; collaborate with account and project management teams to ensure alignment and on-time delivery
  • Liaise with media teams to manage timing, deliver creative handoffs, and communicate creative placements
  • Partner with Experience Strategy to drive performance analysis, establish KPIs, develop optimization recommendations, and build strategic insights that inform future campaign improvements.

Digital Expertise & Thought Leadership:
  • Serve as primary advisor to clients and internal stakeholders on digital best practices, and platform capabilities; provide strategic recommendations on complex projects and new opportunities
  • Lead process optimization initiatives, documenting and scaling best practices across the organization using AI-tools to improve efficiency, quality, and repeatability

Client & Vendor Relationship Management:
  • Manage and cultivate strategic relationships with key clients, other agencies, and media partners; serve as escalation point for complex issues or opportunities
  • Contribute to client presentations, strategic planning sessions, and business reviews; effectively communicate digital insights, recommendations, and performance outcomes

Project Oversight & Team Leadership:
  • Act as the first line of resourcing oversight for Digital Engagement on assigned brands, monitoring workload and team capacity to ensure quality and team wellbeing, and escalating as necessary to Digital engagement leaders
  • Foster a collaborative, high-performance culture
  • Mentor junior team member to foster career development within the team

Required Qualifications:
  • 5-8 years of experience in digital engagement, digital strategy, digital operations, or related field
  • Experience in healthcare, pharma, or medtech marketing
  • Strong strategic thinking combined with project activation excellence
  • Deep familiarity with digital channels, platforms, and emerging technologies
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to influence across organizational levels and manage competing priorities
  • Leadership orientation: collaborative, solution-focused approach with the ability to inspire and motivate teams toward excellence

Preferred Qualifications:

    The range below represents the low and high end of the base salary someone in this role may earn as an employee of an Omnicom Health Group company in the United States. Salaries will vary based on various factors including but not limited to professional and academic experience, training, associated responsibilities, and other business and organizational needs. The range listed is just one component of our total compensation package for employees. Salary decisions are dependent on the circumstances of each hire.
    Salary Range here: $115,000 - $135,000
