Job Overview

The Senior Manager, Dental Office is responsible for the overall coordination of business, operational, compliance, and clinical dental activities at three or more of the AltaMed dental locations, outreach units, or with 8 or more FTE providers. The Senior Manager, Dental Office, works with the clinical dyad partners/Site Dental Directors to ensure effective and efficient workflow and operations at the dental site level. The Senior Manager, Dental Office, drives performance and outcomes of organization-wide strategic goals under the Quality, Service, Finance, and People categories. Lastly, the Senior Manager, Dental Office measures performance and progress against goals, identifies trends, and takes action steps to drive performance.

Minimum Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Public Health, or Business Administration required or an equivalent of 15 years of experience in a healthcare setting with leadership experience.
  • Master's degree in Healthcare Administration, Public Health, or Business Administration preferred.
  • Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
  • A minimum requirement of a valid BLS certification or higher, following the American Heart Association (AHA) or the American Red Cross guidelines.


Compensation

$90,808.96 - $113,511.21 annually
