Job Description

The Senior Manager, Customer Success leads a high-performing team of Customer Success Managers focused on ensuring the long-term success and retention of Revalize customers. This role oversees the post-sales customer lifecycle for key brands in the Revalize portfolio, driving strategic engagement, managing revenue risk, and supporting executive customer cadences. With a focus on maximizing value realization, the Senior Manager ensures customer satisfaction, mitigates churn, and delivers on-time software renewals in a fast-paced, relationship-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and mentor a team of Customer Success Managers to drive retention, adoption, and long-term customer growth.
  • Develop and implement strategies to mitigate churn and achieve price increase and retention targets for each brand.
  • Accurately forecast renewal risk to support accurate GRR and revenue projections
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless customer experience post-sale and drive upgrades within the customer base.
  • Monitor and proactively address risks to revenue; champion recurring cadences for key brands to remediate known revenue risks.
  • Support regular executive-level engagement with top accounts to reinforce strategic alignment and value realization.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize the customer lifecycle and enhance retention strategies.


Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 7+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or related client-facing role within the software/SaaS industry, responsible for managing and negotiating commercial contracts.
  • 3+ years of people leadership experience, managing individual contributors in a Customer Success or similar function.
  • Proven track record of achieving retention goals in a subscription-based software environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret customer health metrics and drive data-informed decisions.
  • Excellent communication and executive presence, capable of influencing internal stakeholders and engaging with senior-level customer contacts.
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic, and AI-driven environment, adapting quickly to change and driving innovation.


PREFERENCES
  • Experience working with CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote) solutions and/or manufacturing technology software (e.g., PLM, CAD).
  • Advanced degree (MBA or similar) in Business, Technology, or related field.
  • Familiarity with AI-powered customer success tools and predictive analytics to enhance proactive engagement.
  • Multilingual communication skills to support global customer relationships.

Revalize designates standard working hours as 8:00 am to 5:00 pm Eastern Time (ET) for employees based in the United States and 08:00 to 17:00 Central European Time (CET) for employees operating within the EMEA region.

The compensation offered to the successful candidate will be based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to, the candidate's work experience, education and licenses, work-related training, key skills, the core duties of the role and its associated responsibilities, additional benefits offered, and the location where the work will be performed. All fulltime (30+ hours) employees are eligible for PTO, Sick and Parental Leave; Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance; 401(k) Plan; Health Savings Account; Life Insurance; Employee Assistance Program.

This is a full-time, bonus eligible position. Base Salary is one part of our competitive total compensation and benefits package and is determined using a range. The listed compensation range represents our good faith estimate for this position and represents the range for new hire salaries across all U.S locations. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only.
