  • Accountable for Supply Chain Cost to Serve and Penalty Fee Reporting. Provide internal updates on balances, trends, status, and action steps, coordinate penalty fee forecasting. Use data visualization tools to report results and trends. Enable team analysis, solutions, and recommendations across internal, commercial, and customer supply chains.
  • Manage customer inventory to meet days-of-supply and in-stock goals by analyzing demand, aligning with Sales, IBP, and Distribution, and improving fill rates and product flow from customer warehouses to stores.

  • Lead strategic and continuous improvement supply chain projects that increase efficiency, reduce cost, support sales, and deliver win-win solutions for Smucker and customer supply chains.
  • Understand upstream and downstream supply chain impacts across demand planning, forecasting, inventory, and execution.
  • Provide internal partners with customer operating model insights and partner with Sales, customer-facing teams, and CCB to support revenue recognition, go-to-market strategies, promotions, launches, and supply chain-enabled promotional goals.
  • Lead cross-functional supply chain projects by aligning priorities, timelines, participants, and quarterly progress reviews while driving customer-specific strategies that improve service and reduce penalty exposure.
  • Centralize penalty fee program documentation, evaluate new customer programs and financial liability, assess penalty fee policy options, and support customer P&L reviews through budgeting and performance management.
