Position Summary...
What you'll do...Join Walmart as a Senior Manager, Corporate Development and M&A, and play a key role in driving the company's inorganic growth strategy. This is a high-visibility opportunity to work on transformative deals across Walmart U.S., Sam's Club, and Walmart International. You'll gain significant exposure to senior leaders and have strong potential for career progression within the company.

What you'll do...
  • Engage with Walmart business leaders to develop M&A strategy, identify and assess potential inorganic growth opportunities, and build consensus.
  • Develop and manage relationships with investment banking, private equity, and venture capital investors in retail, digital media, supply chain, and emerging technologies.
  • Lead all transaction-related financial modeling and valuation analysis to support deal execution.
  • Manage the diligence process by partnering with internal teams (legal, accounting, tax) and external advisors.
  • Build presentations for senior leadership that convey effective narratives, outline strategic trade-offs, and drive executive decision-making.
  • Support the Integration/Separation team on post-close planning and execution.

Hoboken, New Jersey US-10279: The annual salary range for this position is $108,000.00 - $216,000.00

San Bruno, California US-08848: The annual salary range for this position is $117,000.00 - $234,000.00

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
