This role is based at our corporate office in Memphis, TN

This is your chance to be part of a Finance Team that is a critical partner that manages activities related to financial performance, accounting, tax, forecasting, risk management, and asset management. As a Sr Manager, Corp OTC, reporting to Director, Corp OTC, you will focus on leading strategic, project-based initiatives within Hilton's OTC function.

What you'll do during a typical day:
  • Lead critical OTC projects from planning through completion.
  • Coordinate teams to deliver project outcomes.
  • Drive process improvements that support efficiency, accuracy, and standardization

How you'll collaborate with others:
  • Lead OTC projects to improve processes, efficiency, and customer experience.
  • Manage project timelines, risks, and stakeholder communications to ensure successful delivery.

Deliverables you'll take ownership of:
  • Deliver OTC process standardization initiatives.
  • Deliver strategic OTC transformation projects from planning through implementation.
What It Takes to Make the Stay

You have these minimum qualifications:
  • Three (3) years of work experience in Accounting-based project role
  • You have a bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance or experience in lieu thereof.

It would be useful if you have:
  • Strong knowledge of the Oracle PeopleSoft ERP system and significant experience of the hotel industry as it pertains to Accounting and Finance.
  • Five (5) years of accounting or financial reporting experience.

The pay range for this role is $100,000 - $130,000 and is determined based on applicable and specialized experience and location. Subject to plan terms and conditions, you will be eligible to participate in the Hilton Annual Incentive (Bonus) Plan, consistent with other team members at the same level and/or position within the Company.
