Position Summary...
The Senior Manager, Controllership, leads the financial reporting and accounting operations, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and internal policies. This role will work on driving efficiencies within the financial flow of the Supply Chain Organization - including (but not limited to) facility support, financial close, system implementation, etc. The position supports business plan execution, fosters team development through coaching and mentoring, and promotes a culture of accountability and continuous improvement. The role requires strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills to support effective decision-making and uphold the highest standards of ethics and compliance.

What you'll do...
  • Support and drive the close process for Supply Chain, specific to Fulfillment and Distribution Centers
  • Oversee financial close and reporting ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
  • Manage accounting operations by researching trends, performing financial statement analysis, and resolving discrepancies to maintain accuracy and compliance.
  • Ensure consistent application of policies and regulatory requirements, including Sarbanes-Oxley Act compliance.
  • Drive execution of business plans by identifying needs, removing obstacles, and measuring performance.
  • Support the rollout of new systems across the chain


What you'll bring:
  • Extensive experience in managing financial close processes, budget preparation, and financial reporting within a complex corporate environment.
  • Strong knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP) and financial reporting standards, ensuring compliance and accuracy.

The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00 - $180,000.00

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
