  • Partner cross-functionally to translate strategy into executable financial plans

Improve How We Work

  • Champion data integrity, automation, and scalable analytics capabilities

What We're Looking For
  • Proven business partner mindset-able to influence without authority and operate at all levels
  • Strong analytical horsepower-ability to turn data into insights and insights into actions
  • Commercial acumen with experience supporting growth-oriented organizations (manufacturing preferred)
  • High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy-ensures data integrity and reliable insights that leaders can trust
  • Execution-focused-balances strategy with a hands-on, results-driven approach
  • Clear communicator-able to simplify complexity and drive alignment

Qualifications
