Now, we're seeking a Senior Manager, Cloud & Software Orchestration to lead the unification of Paragon Micro's multi-cloud, marketplace, and software operations. This role will define how we manage cloud subscriptions, renewals, and lifecycle orchestration-driving efficiency, profitability, and scale across partner ecosystems.

About the Role

Paragon Micro is evolving how we manage cloud, software, and marketplace operations. The Senior Manager, Cloud & Software Orchestration will lead this transformation-building a unified model that connects cloud, marketplace, and licensing ecosystems across Microsoft, AWS, Google, and CloudBlue.

This role blends operational strategy with execution-consolidating processes, optimizing renewals, and improving financial performance to scale Paragon Micro's recurring revenue and profitability.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operational Strategy: Consolidate and unify cloud and software operations into a single, scalable model for subscriptions, renewals, and consumption management.
  • Cloud Blue Marketplace: Expand marketplace adoption, oversee vendor integrations, and streamline operations between Cloud Blue and software partners for greater efficiency and utilization.
  • Microsoft Optimization: Strengthen alignment across Modern Workplace, Azure, Security, and Fabric; manage CSP/NCE incentives, renewals, and rebate performance to maximize return.
  • Multi-Cloud Enablement: Build an orchestration framework that supports Microsoft, AWS, and Google ecosystems-vendor-agnostic but Microsoft-aligned-to deliver unified billing and lifecycle management.
  • Margin & Revenue Growth: Improve billing accuracy, renewal retention, and overall margin through automation, visibility, and disciplined use of partner programs.
