Job DescriptionThe Senior Manager Clinic Operations provides direction for standardization of processes and outcomes across service line(s) at times resulting in a matrix relationship. This position also provides project management support for business initiatives. May have Practice Managers who report to them and/or serve as a mentor for new Practice Managers. May organize provider services at multiple hospital campus locations.
Required Qualifications:- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or Bachelor's of Science Degree Or equivalent educ/experience
- 6 years Healthcare or job-related experience; preferably with deep technical and/or subject matter expertise.
- 4 years Leadership experience, which can be met with direct supervisory experience, lead experience, project management experience, or other related experience.
- 2 years Direct supervisory experience.
Preferred Qualifications:- Master's Degree in Business Administration.
