Job Description

Provides leadership and direction for the patient care delivery systems of a defined location within our organization. Assumes direct line responsibility for patient care delivery, ancillary and support services as well as overall accountability for physical plant needs and operational outcomes. Directs, supervises and coordinates all aspects of patient care delivery, focusing on service, patient, employee and physician satisfaction, community relations, as well as marketing and planning to ensure a high level of quality healthcare. Specific responsibilities include supervising day-to-day operations, with an emphasis on patient care delivery, high quality customer service, staffing, budgeting and efficient allocation and use of available capital and human resources.

Required qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 3 years of Management experience with most experience directly related to a health care environment.

Preferred qualifications:
  • Master's Degree in Business, Education, Management, Health Care Administration or equivalent education/experience
  • Experience in ambulatory health care operations.

The successful candidate's placement on the wage range for this position will be determined based upon relevant job experience and other applicable factors. These amounts are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
