What You'll Do

The Senior Manager, Channel Sales will help drive the execution of channel partnerships across the region. This role focuses on growing channel performance, supporting revenue growth, and building strong relationships with key partners. The successful candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to help shape and execute channel programs across North America.
Channel Execution
  • Support the development and execution of the North America channel strategy.
  • Help identify and prioritize strategic partners that can drive growth.
  • Contribute to regional plans that support revenue and market expansion goals.
Partner Development
  • Support recruitment, onboarding, and enablement of channel partners.
  • Help maintain a healthy and growing partner ecosystem aligned to company objectives.
  • Drive consistent partner engagement and follow-through across the region.
Performance Management
  • Track partner performance, pipeline, and key KPIs.
  • Monitor trends and help identify opportunities to improve partner effectiveness.
  • Use data to support recommendations and strengthen channel execution.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Product, and other internal teams to align channel initiatives with broader business goals.
  • Support partner communication, engagement, and issue resolution.
  • Build trusted relationships with key partners and internal stakeholders.
Planning and Reporting
  • Help manage channel activities against budget and performance goals.

Travel Required

In accordance with various State's transparency regulations, we provide the following salary range information for this position:
  • Total On-Target Compensation: $300,000 - $360,000 OTE annually (60/40 split). The exact salary will be determined based on the selected candidate's location, qualifications, experience, and relevant skills.
  • Additional compensation: All full-time roles are eligible for an equity package in the form of stock options.
