Role summary:

The Senior Manager, Business Strategy leads the development and execution of strategic business plans by identifying operational needs, removing obstacles, and driving performance improvements. This role oversees multiple projects, fosters cross-functional collaboration, and ensures alignment with organizational goals. The position includes mentoring and developing associates, promoting ethical standards, and managing change initiatives to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. By leveraging data and stakeholder insights, the Senior Manager delivers actionable recommendations and supports continuous learning to advance business results and sustain long-term growth.
About the team:

The team serves as a key support pillar for Facility Services, driving initiatives that enhance operational excellence, technology enablement, and continuous improvement across real estate operations. It supports critical functions such as transactional management, CapEx and OpEx planning, platform and technology solutions, process improvement, PMO leadership, parts program management, and 24/7 EOC and building automation support. The focus is on aligning strategy, people, and technology to improve efficiency, strengthen decision-making, and deliver scalable solutions that foster business growth and operational performance.

The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00 - $180,000.00

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
