Position Summary...
This role sits at the center of Sam's Club eCommerce strategy. As a key member of the eComm Strategy & Business Operations team, you'll develop long-term transformation and strategy recommendations that shape business growth.

This is a highly strategic and analytical role-ideal for someone with a background in consulting, eCommerce, or omnichannel merchandising who thrives in creating blue ocean strategies grounded in data. You'll be neck-deep in industry trends and business performance, turning insights into transformation strategies for Sam's eCommerce.

What you'll do...
  • Develop innovative and disruptive transformation strategies and present to senior leadership for resourcing and prioritization
  • Track industry trends and build multi-year strategic growth plans
  • Lead the development, prioritization, and execution of business strategies and cross-functional initiatives to enhance operational performance.
  • Identify customer and operational needs, develop business plans, and remove barriers to achieve performance goals.
  • Manage multiple projects, ensuring timely implementation of process improvements and change initiatives across the organization.
  • Provide supervision, coaching, and development opportunities to associates, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.
  • Evaluate program effectiveness, analyze data, and recommend enhancements to leadership.
  • Promote adherence to company policies, ethics, and standards while supporting learning and innovation.

The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00 - $180,000.00

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.

Additional compensation for certain positions may also include Regional Pay Zone (RPZ) (based on location).
