Position Summary...The Senior Manager, Business Analysis & Insights leads analytics-driven strategy and execution across Spark Earnings Excellence, with primary ownership of tax reporting, statutory and court-ordered withholdings, garnishments, and regulatory earnings compliance. This role partners closely with Tax, Legal, Operations, Product, and Engineering teams to drive accuracy, compliance, and scalable earnings solutions.
The role serves as the end-to-end business owner for earnings-related process, system, and automation initiatives-translating regulatory and statutory requirements into clear, audit-ready business requirements and measurable outcomes.
What you'll do...- Partner with Tax, Legal, Operations, Product, and Engineering to evaluate and improve end-to-end earnings and withholding processes.
- Lead current-state and future-state assessments focused on 1099 reporting, statutory withholding, and regulatory earnings impacts.
- Own the business intake, prioritization, delivery, and stabilization of systems and automation supporting earnings compliance.
- Define clear, audit-ready business requirements (BRDs/PRDs), including controls, data needs, and acceptance criteria.
- Manage and prioritize work based on regulatory urgency, compliance risk, business value, and delivery capacity.
- Ensure solutions are scalable, compliant by design, and supported by measurable KPIs.

- Executive-level communication skills and the ability to influence without authority.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Analytics, or related field, or equivalent experience.
