Position Summary...
The Senior Manager, Business Analysis and Insights - Program Integration Office (PIO), leads data-driven evaluation and reporting to support strategic business initiatives. This role collaborates with internal and external partners to develop, implement, and refine business strategies based on comprehensive analysis. The position ensures operational efficiency by managing workflows, overseeing compliance, and driving continuous improvement. It also involves mentoring team members, fostering strong stakeholder relationships, and aligning efforts to meet organizational goals. The role demands expertise in business analysis, strategic planning, and performance measurement to advance business growth and operational excellence.

What you'll do...
  • Provide data-driven analysis and insights to support and refine business strategies.

BENTONVILLE, Arkansas US-10929: The annual salary range for this position is $80,000.00 - $155,000.00

Sunnyvale, California US-04397: The annual salary range for this position is $104,000.00 - $202,000.00

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
