About the Role

Weber Shandwick is seeking a talented Senior Manager of B2B Digital Marketing to join our Weber Advisory team. You will lead integrated digital marketing strategy and execution for major B2B clients, focusing on everything from demand generation and marketing automation to content strategy and paid media. This is a hands-on, strategic role where you will be the central expert, guiding clients and internal teams to deliver impactful, performance-driven campaigns.

This position is based in our Baltimore office on a hybrid schedule.

You are a strategic, solutions-oriented marketer with a passion for the B2B landscape. You think in terms of user journeys, sales funnels, and lead nurturing, and you know how to use MarTech platforms (like Marketo or Salesforce) to bring those strategies to life. You are a highly collaborative leader who can manage complex projects, liaise with senior clients, and guide creative and technical teams with confidence. You thrive on turning business objectives into measurable marketing results.

What You'll Do

- Develop & Lead Strategy: Architect and implement integrated B2B marketing strategies for major campaigns and product launches, with a focus on demand generation, lead nurturing, and Account-Based Marketing (ABM).
- Execute Across Channels: Oversee the execution of digital campaigns, including marketing automation, paid media, content marketing, and SEO/SEM, ensuring all channels work together to drive results.
- Serve as a Client Advisor: Act as the primary digital marketing strategist for key clients, providing senior-level counsel and building strong, trusted relationships.
- Manage Integrated Projects: Manage project timelines, budgets, and staffing for complex digital initiatives, coordinating across internal creative, paid media, and analytics teams to ensure flawless delivery.

What You'll Bring

- Basic Qualifications:
- 6-8 years of experience in digital marketing, with a strong preference for an agency background.
- Proven expertise in B2B marketing, including demand generation, lead generation, ABM, and sales enablement.
- Hands-on experience with B2B marketing automation and CRM platforms (e.g., Marketo, Pardot, Salesforce, HubSpot).
- Experience managing integrated campaigns and collaborating with creative, technical, and media teams.

Omnicom's policy requires employees to work in the office for a minimum of three days a week, unless additional in-office days are directed by their agency or manager.
