The Role

As the Alliance & Ecosystem Operations Senior Manager, you will be the point person managing day-to-day operations of the Fidelity Alliance Network and consulting ecosystem. You will evaluate and onboard vendors, execute procurement processes (coordinating contracts, due diligence, risk reviews, and LRC governance activities). You will coordinate with internal stakeholders and vendors to support strategic collaboration, reply to inquiries about providers, capabilities, and process requirements, and manage program-related collaterals driving adoption and usefulness of the program.

The Skills and Expertise You Bring

  • Required: Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of experience in program management, vendor management, partnerships, or related field.
  • Preferred: Financial services experience; familiarity with procurement, contracts, risk, vendor onboarding, or marketing collateral management.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and commitment to accurate execution.
  • Ability to coordinate key stakeholders, build trust through communication, and follow through.
  • Ability to follow established processes and identify when expert input is needed.
  • Experience supporting vendor or partnership relationships in a team-based environment with flexibility and comfort navigating some ambiguity.


The Team

The Fidelity Client Consulting Team works with banks, broker dealers, registered investment advisors, family offices, and other financial intermediaries. We support clients by providing consulting services and practice management insights across business and technology practices. Our team is composed of experienced consultants and program managers who help clients identify growth opportunities, improve scale and efficiency, and enhance client experience. We take pride in bringing strong execution, collaboration, and client focus to work that supports meaningful client outcomes.

Fidelity's Onsite Working Model
Fidelity is transitioning to a full-time onsite working model through a phased rollout across regions and roles. Currently, some roles and locations require 100% onsite presence, while others require less. Onsite expectations are likely to evolve as the rollout continues. This transition does not apply to fully remote roles.

The base salary range for this position is $85,000-171,000 USD per year.
Placement in the range will vary based on job responsibilities and scope, geographic location, candidate's relevant experience, and other factors.

Base salary is only part of the total compensation package. Depending on the position and eligibility requirements, the offer package may also include bonus or other variable compensation.
