Position: Senior Manager, Advanced Analytics

Job Location: 811 Excellence Dr, Bentonville, AR 72716

Duties: Drives the execution of multiple business plans and projects by identifying customer and operational needs; developing and communicating business plans and priorities; removing barriers and obstacles that impact performance; providing resources; identifying performance standards; measuring progress and adjusting performance; accordingly, developing contingency plans; and demonstrating adaptability and supporting continuous learning. Provides supervision and development opportunities for associates by selecting and training; mentoring; assigning duties; building a team-based work environment; establishing performance expectations and conducting regular performance evaluations; providing recognition and rewards; coaching for success and improvement; and ensuring diversity awareness. Promotes and supports company policies, procedures, mission, values, and standards of ethics and integrity by training and providing direction to others in their use and application; ensuring compliance with them; and utilizing and supporting the Open Door Policy. Ensures business needs are being met by evaluating the ongoing effectiveness of current plans, programs, and initiatives, consulting with business. partners, managers, co-workers, or other key stakeholders; soliciting, evaluating, and applying suggestions for improving efficiency and cost effectiveness; and participating in and supporting community outreach events. People Development: Builds and leads a team to execute on business area or category objectives. Coaches team members and provides feedback to enhance skills, knowledge, and work performance. Conducts performance and career development conversations, if applicable. Maintains team motivation and engagement. Mentors less experienced associates and managers. Business Partnerships: Consults with senior leadership/ business partners (e.g., Sr. Directors/Directors) to understand goals/functional objectives, understand and identify key business issues and formulate ideas to mitigate current and future business challenges/issues; confirms functional research objectives and oversees development of tactical research plans. Manages the creation of and presents actionable recommendations to Sr. Directors/Directors to contribute to business results. Serves as a subject matter expert to the business on market insights. Project Scope: Owns multiple projects end-to-end for a business area, category or prototype. Manages risk associated with implementation.

Minimum education and experience required: Bachelor's degree or the equivalent in Business Analytics, Supply Chain Management, or related field plus 3 years of experience in data analytics or a related field.

Skills required:Must have experience with: Utilizing inventory management skills to reduce the excess inventory, manage product transitions; Demand planning and forecasting to manage supply in the network to drive in-stock and DC fill rate; Product lifecycle management to reduce the aging and End of Life (EOL) inventory; Supply chain risk management to identify and mitigate new site launch risks, contingency planning; Purchasing skills to drive in-stock and days of supply (DOS) in DCs and stores; Production planning to optimize the capacity utilization, fulfilment and On Time Delivery (OTD) of customer orders; Inbound planning and scheduling to support labor capacity planning in FCs; Network planning to reduce the inventory carrying cost and logistics cost; Supplier performance management to drive key performance indicators such as PO fill rate, lead time, OTIF (On Time in Full); Leveraging advanced excel, SAP, basic SQL, and basic tableau to influence critical business decisions using analytics; Assortment planning and replenishment to drive sales in stores. Employer will accept any amount of experience with the required skills.

Rate of pay: $90,000.00 - 180,000.00/year
