What Will You Contribute?

Finastra is seeking a Senior Manager, Account Management to lead a team responsible for retaining, growing, and expanding strategic customer relationships across our Retail Lending portfolio.

This is a leadership role focused on account growth, executive relationship management, and team development. You will serve as a player-coach, partnering closely with Account Managers, customers, Sales Leadership, and Product teams to drive customer outcomes and long-term business growth.

Responsibilities & Deliverables:
  • Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team of Account Managers.
  • Drive customer retention, account growth, and expansion strategies across a portfolio of financial institution clients.
  • Build and maintain trusted relationships with executive and C-suite stakeholders.
  • Support strategic account planning, forecasting, and business reviews.
  • Partner with Product teams to advocate for customer needs and provide market feedback.
  • Act as an escalation point for strategic customer engagements and complex issues.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous development.
  • Align team priorities and resources to achieve business objectives and customer success outcomes.
  • Serve as a key leader within the Lending organization, helping shape customer growth strategies across the region.


Required Experience & Skills:
  • Experience leading sales, account management, customer success, relationship management, or similar customer-facing teams.
  • Proven success managing strategic customer portfolios and driving retention and growth.
  • Banking, FinTech, lending, or broader financial services industry experience.
  • Ability to build credibility and influence executive and C-suite stakeholders.
  • Strong leadership, coaching, mentoring, and talent development skills.
  • Experience leading experienced professionals in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration and organizational influence skills.
  • Ability to balance customer needs, team priorities, and business objectives.
  • Retail lending experience is preferred.
  • Experience with loan origination platforms, lending technology, or enterprise account management organizations serving financial institutions is a plus.
