As we expand our U.S. presence, Implement Consulting Group is looking for a Senior Management Consultant with prior experience at a reputable management consultancy to help grow our Finance & Risk practice in Raleigh.
This role combines strategic advisory, transformation leadership, and entrepreneurial influence in a collaborative, non-hierarchical environment.
Your ImpactYou will lead and deliver high-impact Finance & Risk engagements, advising CFOs, CROs, and senior leaders across industries.
Your focus areas may include:
- Finance transformation and target operating models
- Risk management frameworks and governance structures
- Performance management and controlling concepts
- Regulatory and compliance initiatives
- Financial planning, cost optimization, and capital management
- Finance systems and reporting transformation
Beyond delivery, you will:
- Build trusted senior client relationships
- Contribute to business development and practice growth
- Coach and develop consultants
- Facilitate executive workshops and steer complex stakeholder landscapes

What You Bring- Several years of experience from a reputable management consultancy
- Expertise in Finance, Risk, or Regulatory Transformation
- A proven track record of leading complex programs
- Experience advising senior finance and risk stakeholders
- An entrepreneurial mindset and appetite to help build a growing practice
Requirements:
- Master's degree (preferred) or bachelor's degree with outstanding academic results
- Authorization to work in the U.S.
- Willingness to complete a comprehensive background check
