Full Job Description
The Senior Management Analyst will support organizational studies, process evaluation, systems and procedure design, work simplification, measurement studies, and procedure manual development. This role appears intended to help improve program operations, methodology, documentation, and management efficiency in a government environment.

Key Responsibilities
• Conduct organizational studies and operational evaluations.
• Design systems, procedures, and process improvements.
• Conduct work simplification and measurement studies.
• Prepare operations and procedures manuals.
• Support management efficiency and effectiveness in a government environment.
• Support methodology planning, change management, risk registers, dependency tracking, and process documentation where needed.
• Assist with transition, governance, and continuous improvement artifacts.

Required Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree or higher in business administration, accounting, or another business-related field.
• Demonstrated experience conducting organizational studies and evaluations.
• Demonstrated experience designing systems and procedures.
• Demonstrated experience conducting work simplification and measurement studies.
• Demonstrated experience preparing operations and procedure manuals in a government environment.
• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification.
• Ability to complete IRS suitability / staff-like access requirements.

Preferred Qualifications
• Experience improving federal cybersecurity, audit, compliance, or IT service delivery processes.
• Experience with SOPs, process maps, risk registers, change control logs, QASP, PMPs, and governance artifacts.
• Experience supporting knowledge transfer, transition-in, transition-out, or methodology updates.
• IRS / Treasury / Publication 1075 / Safeguards experience.
