Join our plant operations team as a Senior Maintenance Operator and play a key role in maintaining equipment reliability and driving operational excellence. If you're skilled in maintenance coordination and passionate about continuous improvement, we want to hear from you.

What will you do?
  • Experienced in troubleshooting and repairing machinery and equipment.
  • Acts as a lead for machine, equipment and tool maintenance and repair; works individually with limited supervision.
  • Actively seeks opportunities to streamline and improve all production activities across all functional teams in a collaborative manner.
  • Follows in-process inspection procedures, checks quality of work visually, and verifies inspections by completing records.
  • Able to work occasional overtime or support critical issues when needed.
  • Escalates barriers and issues immediately to supervisor and necessary support functions.
  • Knowledge and experience in general maintenance procedures.
  • Ability to follow all safety procedures and programs per company policies. This could include but is not limited to lockout/tagout, fall protection and any other safety procedures necessary to complete the work assignment safely.
