Abbott Nutrition in Casa Grande, AZ is seeking a Senior Maintenance Manager / Supervisor

This position will Drive Operational Excellence in a High-Performing Manufacturing Environment

Are you a proven maintenance leader who thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing setting? We're seeking a Senior Maintenance Manager to lead our 24/7 maintenance operations, ensuring equipment reliability, operational efficiency, and a culture of continuous improvement.

This is a high-impact leadership role where you'll oversee maintenance strategy, develop talented teams, drive asset reliability, and partner across the organization to support world-class manufacturing performance.

This position works out of our Casa Grande, Arizona location in the Abbott Nutrition division. What You'll Work On

  • Lead and develop a skilled maintenance team through coaching, training, succession planning, and performance management.
  • Foster an engaging, inclusive, and accountable team culture focused on safety, collaboration, and results.
  • Direct all preventative and predictive maintenance programs to maximize equipment reliability and reduce unplanned downtime.
  • Develop systems, processes, and tools that proactively identify and mitigate equipment failures.
  • Oversee maintenance activities across production and warehouse operations, ensuring timely and effective execution.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives that enhance productivity, equipment performance, and asset utilization.
  • Develop long-term asset care and reliability strategies for manufacturing equipment and critical site systems.
  • Manage site calibration programs in compliance with applicable regulatory requirements.
  • Lead maintenance planning and execution for site shutdowns and major projects.
  • Build strong partnerships with Operations, Engineering, Quality, Safety, and other site functions.
  • Ensure compliance with FDA, OSHA, GMP, and company standards while maintaining a strong safety-first culture.
  • Manage departmental budgets, control spending, and identify opportunities for cost savings and operational efficiencies.


Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Science, Business, or another technical discipline.
  • 8+ years of manufacturing experience supporting production operations.
  • 5+ years of people leadership experience with a demonstrated ability to build and develop high-performing teams.
  • Strong knowledge of maintenance systems, equipment reliability, asset management, and manufacturing operations.
  • Experience leading maintenance activities across key engineering disciplines, including:
    • Process Engineering
    • Facilities & Utilities
    • Instrumentation & Controls
    • Manufacturing Equipment Systems


Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in a food, nutrition, pharmaceutical, or regulated manufacturing environment.
  • Knowledge of FDA, OSHA, GMP, and other regulatory requirements.
  • Experience implementing reliability-centered maintenance and continuous improvement programs.

$99,300.00 - $198,700.00
