ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Analyze complex logistics data and metrics to identify trends, bottlenecks, and opportunities for process improvement
- Develop and maintain comprehensive reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs) across transportation, warehousing, and inventory management
- Optimize supply chain processes by evaluating current workflows, identifying inefficiencies, and recommending actionable solutions
- Collaborate with warehouse, transportation, and procurement teams to implement logistics improvements and monitor their effectiveness
- Conduct cost-benefit analyses for logistics initiatives and track return on investment (ROI) for implemented projects
- Manage and analyze inventory levels, demand forecasting data, and supplier performance metrics to ensure optimal stock levels
- Prepare detailed presentations and reports for senior management, communicating findings and recommendations clearly
- Support the evaluation and implementation of logistics management systems (LMS) and enterprise resource planning (ERP) software
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of standard operating procedures
- Troubleshoot logistics issues and provide timely solutions to minimize disruptions to operations
QualificationsREQUIRED:
- 5+ years of professional experience in logistics, supply chain management, fulfillment management, 3PL management, or related operations roles
SKILLS:
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and data visualization
- Strong SQL skills with the ability to query databases and extract logistics data
- Demonstrated expertise with logistics management systems (LMS) and enterprise resource planning (ERP) platforms
- Solid understanding of inventory management, transportation networks, and distribution operations
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Proficiency in process mapping and continuous improvement methodologies
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present complex information to diverse audiences
PREFERRED:
- Proficiency with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI (preferred)
- Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS) (preferred)
- Familiarity with demand planning and forecasting techniques (preferred)
- Six Sigma, Lean, or similar process improvement certification (preferred)
- Programming experience with Python or R (preferred)

- The salary range is what we believe to be the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and this range is only applicable for jobs to be performed in California, Colorado, New York or remote jobs that can be performed in California, Colorado and New York. This range may be modified in the future.
