Job Description

SAIC is seeking a Senior Logistics Analyst to provide lifecycle logistics, product support, and sustainment management for the Expeditionary Electromagnetic Warfare (EEW) Division at NSWC Crane. In this role, you will lead the development, evaluation, and execution of integrated logistics support (ILS) strategies for advanced electronic warfare systems deployed across multi-domain expeditionary environments.

Responsibilities
  • Provide senior logistics support for EW systems and fielded capabilities, including sustainment planning, supportability analysis, and lifecycle logistics execution.
  • Support and maintain Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) products and activities across the twelve product support elements.
  • Assist in the development, implementation, review, and maintenance of Integrated Logistics Support Plans (ILSPs) and Operational Logistics Support Summaries (OLSS).
  • Review system design characteristics and ensure life-cycle logistics requirements are incorporated into system support plans and sustainment decisions.
  • Support maintenance planning, support equipment analysis, training support planning, depot planning, provisioning, and logistics product data development/review.
  • Assist with LORA assessments, maintenance data collection, maintenance-plan technical assessments, and logistics product data analysis in support of readiness and supportability objectives.
  • Maintain and update logistics-related schedules and data in support of Work Breakdown Structure tasks, sustainment milestones, and fielding requirements.
  • Support asset accountability and sustainment databases, including IUID, ERP, WMS, DSS, OM&S, and PP&E tracking and reporting requirements.
  • Coordinate material movement, receiving, staging, storage, shipment, and inventory control for systems, equipment, and resources supporting mission execution.
  • Support packaging, handling, storage, and transportation (PHS&T) planning and execution for systems, test equipment, instrumentation trailers, vans, and related materials.
  • Generate logistics reports, status updates, technical assessments, and recommendations for Government review.
  • Participate in logistics meetings, IPTs, working groups, audits, reviews, and customer engagements as required.
  • Coordinate with engineering, maintenance, test, supply, and program teams to resolve logistics issues and improve system supportability.


Qualifications

Education and Experience

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering, Operations, or a related field.

Desired Experience
  • 7+ years of relevant professional experience in integrated logistics support, sustainment, maintenance planning, supply support, or defense logistics.
  • Demonstrated experience supporting DoD or Navy systems across sustainment, provisioning, maintenance, and lifecycle logistics functions.
  • Experience with ILSP, OLSS, LORA, logistics product data, maintenance planning, provisioning, depot planning, asset accountability, or PHS&T.
  • Familiarity with logistics information systems and asset/accountability tools such as ERP, IUID, WMS, DSS, OM&S, or comparable systems.
  • Experience preparing logistics reports, technical assessments, support plans, and related customer deliverables.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage complex logistics actions across multiple stakeholders.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Must be able and willing to obtain and maintain a TS/SCI clearance based on mission requirements. Candidates may begin performance at the Secret level while higher-level access is processed, subject to customer approval.


Preferred Qualifications
  • Active TS/SCI clearance.
  • Experience supporting Electronic Warfare, counter-UAS, counter-IED, or expeditionary systems.
  • Experience with Government property accountability, OM&S, PP&E, DD1149/DD1348 processing, or audit-ready material management.
  • Familiarity with Navy logistics documentation, training support plans, maintenance data analysis, and technical manual support.
  • Experience supporting fielded systems, depot or shore-based sustainment, and coordination of CONUS/OCONUS logistics actions.
  • Experience briefing Government stakeholders on logistics readiness, sustainment risk, and corrective actions.
  • Experience operating in secure or classified environments.


Security Clearance

Must be able to obtain and maintain a TS/SCI security clearance. Due to the sensitivity of customer related requirements, U.S. Citizenship is required.
