Description

We are seeking a Senior Logistics Analyst to support Integrated Fires Mission Command (IFMC) at Redstone Arsenal in Huntsville AL.

Location: Redstone Arsenal, AL

Status: Full-time exempt

Clearance: Active Secret Clearance

Position Description:

The function of this role is to support the Logistics Director, Integrated Fires Mission Command (IFMC) with expert analysis in product support planning, and acquisition logistics policy and procedures for the Production and Deployment (P&D), and Operation and Sustainment (O&S) phases for the Integrated Air and Missile Defense (IAMD) Battle Command System (IBCS).

Specified support is required Specified support is required to the IFMC Logistics Directorate in preparation of Basis of Issue Plan (BOIP) Feeder Data documents and support to materiel fielding planning.

What You'll Be Doing:
• Position prepares logistics input for life cycle planning and O&S cost estimates and will require support for development, coordination and review of product support documents and supportability program plans required for a successful milestone decision reviews. These documents include but are not limited to the Life Cycle Sustainment Plan (LCSP), logistics portion of Acquisition Strategy, Type Classification, Materiel Release, Materiel Fielding Plan, Logistics Demonstration requirements, Transition to Sustainment (T2S) Plan, logistics related Contract Deliverable Requirements List (CDRL) documents, and the Depot Maintenance Support Plan.
• Review and provide product support input to the training plans, Materiel Release Plan, Human Systems Integration (HSI) Management Plan, System Specifications, and the Cost Analysis Requirements Description (CARD).
• Coordination for product and logistics support between the PATRIOT Ground Support Equipment, the Indirect Fire Protection Capability (IFPC) Product Office, Sentinel Product Office, the Lower Tier Air and Missile Defense (LTAMDS) Radar Product Office and the IFMC Logistics Directorate.
• Augments logistics integration efforts for the PATRIOT Radar, the PATRIOT Launcher, IFPC, Sentinel Radar and the IBCS Engagement Operations Center (EOC) hardware and software integration.
• Support includes attendance at IFMC Product Support Management Integrated Product Team (PSM IPT) meetings, IFPC/IFMC Log Integration Working Group meeting and future support planning for the integration of the AIAMD capability into Short Range Air Defense (SHORAD) systems.

Requirements

Must Haves:
• Have a general knowledge of and 1-5 years of experience with Army Air Defense Systems, command, and control systems.
• Knowledge of Cloud Equipping (cQuip) and staffing of BOIP process, as well as materiel release process.
• Knowledge of development line-item number (ZLIN) request and national stock number (NSN) process
• Possess a minimum DAU Acquisition Logistics Level 1 Certification.
• All applicants must be a resident of, or be willing to relocate to, the Huntsville, AL area.

Nice To Haves:
• A minimum Bachelor's degree preferred but not required.

Security Requirements:

Applicants must possess Active Secret Clearance at time of hire in order to be considered.
