Job Title: Senior Living Project Manager Direct Reporting: Vice President Architecture
Job Summary: The Senior Living Project Manager owns the overall design project performance from the initial engagement through project completion against client goals and ERDMAN's goals. The project manager manages all aspects of multiple projects and estimates the scope of work.
Key Responsibilities:
Performance Management: Works with team members to establish clear goals and expectations, provides ongoing feedback, develops skills and knowledge of team members, and rewards people for their behavior and results.
Client Relationship: Accountable for keeping clients informed of project status, including budget, schedule, issues, etc. and managing the client's expectations around the project design through individual and project team member communication.
Relationship Management: Serves as the primary liaison with clients and team members to bring projects to completion while maintaining maximum client satisfaction from the project's inception through completion. While keeping team collaboration and engagement high.

Architecture
The knowledge to plan, design, manage, and review construction, development, or manipulation of a physical environment for practical or creative objectives, such as buildings, landscapes, and/or other physical property. Proficiency Level Four.
Project Management
The process of planning, coordinating, and controlling of a project from consulting to completion. Client-based project management is aimed at meeting a client's requirements to produce a functionally and financially viable project.. Proficiency Level Three.
Client Relationship Management
The process of cultivating ERDMAN clients and existing relationships to expand references, referrals and revenue. (needs alignment, communication plan, implementation -- including collapsing other competencies) Proficiency Level Three.
Business Development
The ability to strategically generate, sustain, and grow business opportunities in healthcare and senior living markets. This includes building and nurturing client and market relationships, enhancing the firm's visibility and reputation, developing actionable strategies to capture opportunities, collaborating with internal leaders to align business efforts with operational needs, and achieving measurable outcomes in revenue generation, market expansion, and brand positioning. Financial Responsibility

Education: Bachelor's degree in Architecture; Master's degree preferred
Certifications and/or Licenses: Licensed architect; NCARB preferred
Relevant Experience & Training:
- 10 years' experience in the architectural field.
- Previous supervisory and project management experience.
- Previous experience with healthcare or senior living architecture.
- Knowledge of building codes and regulation approval processes.
- Experience with Revit software is beneficial.
